Aquamedia can co-ordinate all pre and post event organisation from venue searching to booking. First class accommodation is provided in our selected hotels, which are all within a short distance of the best restaurants and bars as well as the marinas. Conference and business meeting facilities can also be provided, not only in hotels and purpose made conference centres, but also in our own unique list of venues.

These include the prestigious Royal Southampton Yacht Club, which as members, we can book for our clients. Facilities include a superb restaurant and bar overlooking Ocean Village Marina, Southampton which is able to provide breakfasts and corporate dining as well as meeting rooms.

Using a yacht or motor yacht as a small discreet boardroom will enchant your guests and give your meeting an extra dimension. It can be combined with a day out on the water, or, we can provide the facility whilst tied up in Ocean Village Marina which is minutes away from Southampton’s best restaurants and bars. You will have a hostess on board to look after your guests, lunch can be a delicious buffet on board or at a top restaurant ashore.

Our 76’ gentlemans motor yacht provides an ideal platform for conference and sales meetings can be chartered for smaller parties of up to 32, either moored up in the marina or on the water cruising for the day. She has both a lounge and dining room as well as a large covered deck for dining alfresco.

We can also provide a number of smaller yachts for small groups who wish to escape the office for a special meeting in different surroundings, be it for an hour cot two or the whole day.
